  This company truly goes above and beyond when it comes to providing superior customer service, and we've rented elsewhere before. Jim always answers his phone to answer questions, and was extremely fair and flexible regarding our reservation. When I arrived to pick up our camper, I was impressed that it was brand new, immaculate, and perfect for our needs. I had some problems connecting my SUV to the camper, and Jim went out of his way to make sure my problems did not delay our trip with the camper. I will never rent a camper from anywhere else again. Absolutely STELLAR experience!
